Account Coordinator

Reports to: Account Manager

Job Objective: A supporting role that requires a proficiency in project coordination, managing concurrent projects, client management, web analytics, and HTML knowledge. The position is full-time.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Support the improvement of lead-generation and sales conversion rates on our clients’ websites by contributing to the development and execution of A/B and Multivariate tests.
  • Coordinate the Funnel Experiment™(FunEx™) test plan development and implementation.
    • Gather information from clients needed for the LIFT and Kaizen planning.
    • Participate in internal LIFT planning meetings to create FunEx test plans;
    • Document the LIFT points, hypotheses, wireframes and test variations established in the meeting.
    • Brief designers, developers and web analysts on test plans.
    • Assemble project cost estimates
    • Prepare PowerPoint decks for client presentations.
    • Assist in statistical analysis of results and the preparation of results presentations.
  • Improve existing knowledge and acquire new skills through self education, research and development, which may be outside of normal working hours.
  • Maintain a high awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly in regard to persuasion, usability, and emerging technologies, and keep team members informed as appropriate, with a view to incorporating these in future projects and staying ahead of the market.
    • Disseminate knowledge and experience to the rest of the team wherever possible. Actively contribute to discussions, brainstorming sessions, and internal presentations as requested.
  • Contribute to an environment that is conducive to producing breakthrough ideas.

  • Innovative, easy going and hard working; great attitude and ability to quickly adapt to changes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
  • Very comfortable with techniques, and able to adapt them to the WiderFunnel environment.
  • Great analytical skills.

Job Specifications

  • Experience with and knowledge of Web Analytics.
  • Experience in web development (HTML/CSS)
  • Experience with Photoshop and other design programs
  • Experience with WordPress and other CMS systems
  • Strong computer skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience at an Interactive or marketing agency in client management
  • Post secondary school degree, preferably in Marketing or Business or equivalent work experience

We are an online advertising agency that has been in business since 2004. We are currently looking for someone that can design ads and build websites. If you are interested, send over samples of your work (ads and websites that you have built).

Requirements:
Must know how to build a website using wordpress or just html
Must be able to read and write in English fluently
Must be able to setup API’s

Compensation:
$12 per hour to start. Room for quick increase as we see the quality of the work.
Opportunity for sales based commission as well.

Hours:
Looking for someone to work (9am-5pm).
