Great opportunity for css/themer to niche out into new domain of building real estate website using myREALpage, the leading real estate software as per my background research and due diligence.

The requirements are to put to use this wordpress theme (http://themeforest.net/theme_previews/74277-elegant-real-estate?index=10) using myRP’s next gen layout (http://myrealpage-alias604.blogspot.com/2010/04/next-gen-layouts-and-templates-go-beta.html) to get a look like http://erikahaley.ca/

myREALpage provides fantastic support and has numerous resources to help ease interested parties through this process. I would be closely involved and available pm’ing the project, though I am the client myself. I have a strong background in web business analysis and requirements, but however am not technically inclined per say to code.

I am flexible and ultimately looking to take the path of least resistance in bringing this project to a quick close.

The ideal candidate must have sample work to profile, be graphically inclined and be able to demonstrate proficiency in css/html theme customizations.
