The site has been built using WordPress and has been optimised. We are looking for a company to do the following for initially 3-6mths:

- Article submission

We are open to other suggestions apart from Google Adwords.

iHonest.com is a new startup that does background checks on freelance & contract professionals, providing them supporting and marketing services for a competitive advantage in the marketplace. We’re preparing to launch in the coming months and need a membership based web application solution. We’re looking for someone or a team that can consult, support and/or develop a solution. We have a budget to start with, so our focus is on finding someone/a team with the expertise to accomplish our needs (see below) and provide ongoing support as we build the business. We would prefer to use an opensource platform like WordPress / Joomla / Drupal etc to save full development costs & time and for flexibility as we grow.

We have a full website schema/plan/sitemap we can share in a mindmap after you e-mail us, but below are the most important needs we have:

- Membership is a paid subscription (yearly) and requires admin approval
- Some fields in the member profile are only editable by the admin
- An intermediary page or popup requiring visitors (non-members) to agree to terms & conditions before viewing any member profile
- A search for members (members can select whether they want their profile to be found by search or not. If not, only a page with “John Smith is a member of iHonest.com blah blah” – no profile (for SEO purposes.)
- A member only forum
- An online store solution that can we can provide discounts to members off the regular prices for items. Delivery of digital goods? Integrated or able to communicate with the membership application?
- Members only content & files on the website
- An affiliate/referral solution that we can offer credit for membership (ie free months or credit towards store & event purchases) as compensation
- Also would be best to integrate an event system for members to give them discounts on the event tickets for members off the regular price
- Integratable with a CRM solution (ie Capsule CRM, Salesforce etc)
- If self-contained CRM/membership management: list import/export capabilities
- Flexible for extra development & integration

Overall Responsibility
